1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small pieces of information that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include JavaScript that collects technical information from the browser. The rules therefore also apply when analytics does not set a traditional analytics cookie.
2. Essential cookies
These cookies are necessary to deliver the portal, protect forms and connections, or remember a choice you have made. They are not used for marketing.

3. Optional statistics with Matomo
After consent, JavaScript is loaded from our self-hosted Matomo installation at matomo.rjit.dk. Matomo records page views, timestamps and standard technical client information to show which parts of the service are used and where the experience can be improved.
Matomo is configured without analytics cookies or referrer addresses and respects the browser's Do Not Track setting. Administration is not tracked. Account IDs, email addresses, endpoint names, invitation tokens and URL parameters are replaced or omitted before recording.
Raw visitor data is retained for up to 90 days and aggregated reports for up to 13 months. The information is not used for advertising, profiling or sale to others.
4. Consent and legal basis
Essential technologies are used without consent because they are required for the function you request. Matomo statistics are used only with your voluntary consent under cookie rules and GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Refusal does not affect access to the service.
5. Change or withdraw your choice
You can reopen the settings at any time. If you switch from statistics to essential only, new Matomo measurements stop after reloading. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out on the basis of your previous consent.
You can also delete cookies in your browser. This resets your choice, so you will be asked again on a later visit.

The selected language is stored in the essential session. The colour theme is stored locally in your browser as sikkerftp_theme until you change or clear it.
